BIM Modeler - Electrical (2-4 yrs)

Role/Requirements :
Should have knowledge in :
- Electrical Modeling Drafting
- Develop BIM models for Electrical and ELV services from the design stage to the as-built stage and coordinate between all other services.
Preparation Of Electrical Drawings Such As :
- Single line diagrams
- Power and earthling layouts
- Lighting layouts
- Lightning protection
- Telephone SLD
- Cable schedule
- HT / LT panels
- Transformer and DG layouts
- Computer system and as-built drawings
- Preparation of Electrical and ELV BIM Models with various levels of detail.
- Strong knowledge in electrical and ELV design and detailed drawings
- Preparing all kind of Electrical and ELV 2D and 3D drawings from the Revit model
- Clash Detection and co-ordination using Navisworks
Skills :
- Strong communication skills
- Electrical and ELV 2D and 3D drawings from the Revit model
