BIM Modeler - Revit Architecture (2-8 yrs)
The job is based in Trichy location. Only candidates interested and willing to work at Trichy may apply please.
Candidate must have at least 1-2 years of Revit Architecture experience.
Candidate must have at least some projects done for Gulf and Western clients.
- To understand the engineering inputs given by the team leader.
- To create a detailed drawing.
- To deliver a clear output of the drawings.

Primary duties and responsibilities :
- The successful candidate will work closely with the Task Leader. They should be both a self-motivated individual and a good team player. They have to think practically on the drawings given by the company.
- Develop BIM models for architectural services from design stage to as-built stage and coordinating between all other services.
- Preparation of Architectural BIM Models with various level of detailing.
- Strong knowledge in architectural design and detailed drawings.
- Ability to generate various Architectural layouts, sections, elevations and details Clash detection and co-ordination using Navisworks
- Ability to create 3D views or renderings.
- Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
- Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform.
- Perform other duties as and when assigned.
