Years Experience - 10 to 17 Years

Education - BE Mechanical (Preference form Premium institute and IIT will be very good + Also MBA will be added advantage)

Job Location - Pune

Role & Responsibilities :

To ensure proper cycle time for Manufacturing with proper Plans for commencement of Manufacture process, out sourcing decisions, assembly, erection or installation of parts, components.

Review documents such as Manufacturing schedules, work orders, to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities.

Coordination with Sales planning, tracking & Controls for ensuring the right cycle time of Manufacturing.

Develop MIS reports to monitor efficiency & control at all times.

To coordinate, set up & implement standard operating procedure of all manufacturing activities for routine and long term needs.

To Prepares defined work process, including detailed instructions, drawings, inspection requirements, etc., to initiate and control Manufacturing work with schedules and cycle time execution.

Participate and support in organization building efforts such as business development, subcontractor management, and organization improvements.

Interface with clients for collection of requirements. Analyze requirements and identify appropriate solutions.

Revise Manufacturing schedules as and when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, marketing & Manufacturing.

Implement & drive continuous improvement activities thorough implement management process & best practices.

Review of documents during Development life cycle for moderation and guidance for proper execution.

Key to the role are skills / knowledge in :

- Deliverable of business plan.

- World manufacturing quality.

- Optimisation of available resources.

- Improvement in process, procedure & efficiency.
