Job Description:

At Botsync, we aim to build more accessible and simplified automation solution for the world and to be the partner of choice for intralogistics automation, by building autonomous robots that are safe, reliable and most importantly simple to deploy and use. Our solution enables companies to automate their existing manual operations across factories and warehouses within few days without any changes to existing infrastructure.
 
Responsibilities :

- Design test plans and test cases to validate new products and improve existing products

- Perform product validation and hardware tests in field or lab environment

- Design and implement test tools and strategies for various hardware modules

- Perform QC checks on all the products coming out from production department

- Collaborate with the production team to improve overall product quality

- Travel to customer sites to address any product quality issues

- Create proper documentation structure for various testing results

- Prepare FMEA and RCA reports as required

- Analyse test data with module/product leads to improve the performance of the products

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or a comparable degree

- Basic C, C++ programming knowledge and ability to develop and run simple test scripts

- Hands on experience to read and analyse circuit schematics and electrical line diagrams

- Good hardware troubleshooting skills to debug system level and PCB level issues

- Ability to use various troubleshooting equipment's such as multimeter, power supply, thermal measurement, clamp meters, oscilloscope, etc.

Skills:

- Strong documentation experience and proficiency in using Microsoft Excel is a must

- Good oral and written communication skills

- Direct hands on experience on working with AGV or AMR systems is an added advantage

- Knowledge on EMI/EMC and other equivalent compliance testing standards is an added advantage

- Basic ROS knowledge is an added advantage
