Position Title : Scientific Officer
Function : R&D
Qualification : Msc. Biochemistry / Chemistry / Food Technology / Other relevant degree
Experience : 5 - 7 years
Additional : Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 (NABL) is required.
(Person with experience as Quality Manager for NABL preferred).
Job Responsibilities :
1. Provide analytical support for shelf life declaration and nutritional labeling of products.
2. Develop / validate new analytical protocols for supporting the business.
3. Handling sophisticated instruments like GC and HPLC.
4. Carry out pesticide residue analysis in foods (finished products and raw materials)
5. Implementing the quality requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 (NABL).
6. Continual improvement, amendment and control of quality system documents
7. To plan and conduct external audits, internal quality audits and Management review meetings
8. To plan the training of the new employees.
9. Arranging Proficiency testing / ILC for the recommended scope.
