Budget/Cost Manager - Auto/Auto Ancillary (3-5 yrs)
Role : Budget/Cost Manager
Location : Bangalore, India-Hybrid
Budget/Cost Management :
- PEDS Team requires between 3-4 Budget/Cost resources to support new and ongoing programs
- Support shall be offsite resources capable of managing, tracking, and forecasting program budgets including variable costs, tooling, manpower, direct material, etc.
- Offsite Budget/Cost Manager will be lead interface to Program Chief Engineers and Family Managers. The onsite resource should be Advanced/Expert level. Prefer that this resource be located in Mexico to ensure NA time zone aligned support, but could be EMEA/India based in the near term.
- Offsite Budget/Cost Associates will report to Budget/Cost Manager and can be Medium level of experience.
- Budget/Cost Manager should document and establish (as needed) PEDS Budget/Cost management best practices and training requirements to ensure offsite Budget/Cost Associates are properly trained and meeting expectations.
Budget/Cost Management :
Required Activities :
- Variable Cost and Production Tooling tracking
- ER&D Rollup Estimation and Tracking
- ER&D Actuals including forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, yearly basis.
- Documentation of best practices and lessons learned.
