Degree Required Degree /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Training Required Proficiency in review of drawings having 15 experience in working in MEP projects preferably in middle east

Key Skills Proficiency in using Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, FAB MEP, Nevis work,BIM Modelling, MEP Coordination and preparation of BOQ

Roles & Responsibilities

- Specialize in a particular field, such Revit MEP Should be conversant in using Revit MEP, Cad duct, AutoCAD MEP, and Naviswork

- Review of contract drawing and specifications

- Typically Should be able to read and understand Architectural & Structural drawings & Details

- Preparation of design/engineering activities and provide inputs to draftsman for preparation of design/shop drawings

- Prepare drawing progress/delivery progress monitor, sketches and other project information and assist draftsman with required design inputs for finalization of drawing.

- Prepare and review of design changes.

- Co-ordination with consultant, Main contractor and project Manager to provide solutions affecting design development and Co-ordination matters.

- Leading a team 3D/2D draftsman.

- Conversant with review of 3D modeling and Revit MEP drawings.

- Coordination of MEP Service & Material Takeoff.

- Process implementation for enhancement in quality of work for the engineering drawings.

- Should be able to lead and guide the team of Revit designers. Monitor their output and productivity. Ensure quality of deliverables during project execution.
