Tipping Mr. Pink is the holding company for fusion burger chain 'Burger Singh'. Our aim is to serve high quality and value for money burgers in Indian flavors and spices. Burger Singh currently operates 45 restaurants in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Pune, Jaipur, Dehradun, Nagpur, and London. We are set to open around 25 more outlets in NCR and other parts of India.
Location : Gurgaon
Salary : 5-6 LPA
Responsibilities :
The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and implementing a supply strategy that delivers the lowest total cost, reduces inventory, and maximizes customer satisfaction through world class service.
1) Build strong relationships with our factories and suppliers, ensuring a continuous long term partnership
2) Oversee all purchase orders, adjust purchase patterns, and monitor shipment and production schedules to meet Responsibilities
3) Evaluate vendor performance to ensure lowest cost, highest quality, and timely deliveries
4) Production and DC/ Warehouse & Kitchen Management
5) Overlook ambient Food procurement and supplies to Outlets.
6) Inventory Management
7) Preparation and Release of Purchase Orders to Vendors
8) Payment Tracking and Reconciliation with Vendors.
9) Design optimized routing with the Logistics team ensuring timely deliveries to the Outlets
10) Trending and Forecasting
11) Audits and SOP implementation
Qualifications :
1) Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2) 2+ years' of supply chain experience
3) Strong negotiation and influencing skills
