Burgundy Hospitality - Projects Manager - Real Estate (3-5 yrs)
Job Title : Projects Manager
Responsibilities :
- Independently delivering retail property projects on time, to budget, and to the required standard.
- Managing suppliers, designers, and fit-out contractors.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders like information technology, marketing, procurement, and business development teams to ensure adherence to brand standards and store opening schedule.
- Ensuring proposals, plans, layouts, and finished property meet the requirements of the designers and brand.
- Overseeing the tender, drawings, BOQ, and estimates.
- Resolving site-related queries.
- Managing renovations and redesigning of current stores and projects.
Requirements :
- Should have a total of 5 years experience in architectural and interior designing and site supervision
- Should have a minimum of 5 years' retail fit-out experience
- Must have a bachelor's degree in an engineering subject (preferably architecture) from an accredited university
- Knowledge of, and/or previous experience with, local relevant processes and procedures (landlords, municipalities, food control, drainage, etc.)
- Professional body membership.
- Should have excellent multi-tasking skills and verbal and written Communication Skills.
