Business Head - Logistics (7-12 yrs)
The ideal candidate should be dynamic person having extensive knowledge of intra-city (short-hual) trucking operations and can drive the business.
Responsibilities & Duties :
- Setting of intra-city (Short-hual movement) full-truck load business vertical;
- Setting and Managing a team of 4-5 members for end to end management of intra-city business vertical;
- Identifying, onboarding and engaging customers and suppliers;
- Ensuring smooth co-ordination with other departments & corresponding with suppliers.
- Preparation of business MIS and other internal reports to Management for review and analysis.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Master degree in any discipline
- Experience of intra city segment (local movement) in logistic industry
- Good analytical skills and well versed in excel
- Leadership and management qualities
