Business Head - Plant Operations - High Quality Precision Machining (20-30 yrs)

MUST HAVE:

1. Experience in high quality precision machining

2. Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Full Time)

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for plant P&L - company's day-to-day operating activities, including revenue and sales growth, expense, cost and margin control, and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management

2. Responsible for Sales & Marketing, Plant Operations, Project Planning & Management, Supply Chain Management, Quality Assurance & Compliance and process enhancement & Cost saving initiatives

3. Lead, manage, guide and develop the Sales, Application, Customer Service, Technical support and contract Management teams

Key Skills & Competencies

1. Strong entrepreneurial attitude

2. Proven track record of business leadership & turn around management in the past

3. Result oriented - Proven track record of exceeding goals and a bottom-line orientation

4. Executing Strategy - ability to think strategically, anticipate future consequences and trends, and incorporate them into the organizational plan

5. Thorough understanding of finance, systems and HR, broad experience with the full range of business functions and systems, including strategic development and planning, budgeting, business analysis, finance, information systems, human resources and marketing

6. Detailed oriented & Innovative thinking

7. Aggressive and ability to assess and take appropriate risks

Qualification & Past Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.

2. 15+ years of experience in light engineering industry with exposure towards precision machining preferred. Minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory role is a must.
