Business Ops Support Role - Import (2-4 yrs)
Job Description :
a) Follow-up with supplier for delivery/ Dispatch schedule of material
b) Customs Import clearance process and required Documentations
c) Validating Order vs Shipment and Invoice
d) Import process knowledge of STPI/EOU
e) Knowledge of Payment terms and delivery terms, INCOTERMS
f) Good understanding on terms and conditions, Purchase order, Contract and agreements with shipper and buyers and Freight forwarder,
g) Checking flight schedule with Airline and Freight Forwarder
h) Freight Calculation
i) Responsible to work within tight deadlines and take full ownership
Required Skills:
a) Communication skills: Speaking and writing emails
b) Good hands on Excel
c) Prepare presentation on Power Point
d) Graduate
