CAD Designer with Unity 3D Modelling

Project: Migrating CAD platform from a legacy platform (Hull Master 3D) to a platform with Unity 3D visualization for the CAD data

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Unity 3D Developer with expertise in CAD/CAM software development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D modeling, simulation, and rendering, as well as experience in integrating CAD/CAM solutions within Unity environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement interactive 3D applications using Unity for various platforms.

- Collaborate with designers and engineers to convert CAD/CAM models into optimized game assets.

- Create realistic simulations and visualizations for virtual prototyping and product demonstrations.

- Enhance user experience through intuitive UI/UX design within the Unity framework.

- Ensure seamless integration of CAD/CAM data with Unity-based applications.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in 3D technology and CAD/CAM software advancements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Game Development, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proficient in Unity 3D, C#, and scripting languages.

- Strong experience with CAD/CAM software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360.

- Familiarity with 3D modeling, texturing, and animation.

- Knowledge of physics-based simulations and rendering techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with AR/VR development.

- Understanding of machine learning and AI integration in Unity.

- Portfolio showcasing previous projects involving Unity and CAD/CAM integrations.
