CAD Executive - Engineering Design (1-3 yrs)
Qualification and Work experience :
1. The candidate should be a graduate in any discipline with elementary understanding of written and spoken English. However, candidates with degree in architecture will be given first preference and better renumeration.
2. Candidate without any formal architecture/ design degree or diploma are also eligible to apply for this position. In this case, the person on should have at least worked for two years for a single or multiple architect/ contractor as a 2D and 3D artist. Also, the candidate must produce sample of at least 10 sites on which she/he has worked as a 2D & 3D artist. He must show the 2D and 3D drawings and original pictures of the location.
Mandatory Skills :
1. The candidate should have basic hand drawing skill.
2. The candidate should know how to take accurate measurements of a site
3. The candidate should have the ability to draw rough sketches of the site and note down the all its measurement. Further, he should have the ability to make 2D and 3D drawings of the same.
4. The candidate should have strong command on Sketchup, Vira, Auto CAD, Coral Draw and Photoshop. And they must be able to produce the requested deliverables using these software's.
5. The person should have a high configuration desktop/ laptop. This is for days when the person chooses to work from home.
6. The candidate should have decent communication skills in Hindi or English, knowing Gujarati will be an advantage
Working Hours :
1. The person must dress in formal clothes during office hours
2. The regular office timings will be Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Renumeration :
1. For candidates with formal education in Architecture and 0 to 2 years of experience, the monthly salary offered will be between Rs. 15, 000 to 20, 000
2. For candidates with no formal education in architecture and work experience of 1 to 3 years, the monthly salary will be between Rs. 9,000 to 15,000
