Cad Operator - 3D Modeling/Rendering (15-21 yrs)
Currently we need (3) Cadd operators has (15) years experience in 3D modeling for 8 months and can extend to more time.
Location : SAUDI ARABIA
3D Modeler's Job Description :
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- Min. 15 years of experience in professional BIM 3D modeling in a Consulting/Design environment.
- Certification in BIM 3D modeling.
- Track record and deep expertise with 3D modeling /renderings/ Visuals.
- Ability to comply with Client standards and utilize skills in multiple discipline works.
- Experience in latest BIM software's and working knowledge of design industry.
- Initiate Model for each project as per Client scope /standard requirement.
- Provide BIM for project kick-off information.
- Work as a Lead BIM 3D Modeler to achieved consistent results.
- Daily model management administration and maintenance.
- Work with all disciplines vendors on content download and update to Company Standards.
- Support project manager and project team in preparing and delivering design visualizations and presentation to Client as needed.
- Ensure Client satisfaction and deliverables.
