CAE Engineer (2-4 yrs)
Key Responsibility:
- Review of purchase order along with the technical specification or drawings provided by the client.
- Preparation of input review findings form.
- Assigning work to the Draughtsman for the preparation & review of drawings and documents supplied by clients.
- Providing all the inputs to Draughtsman for drawing preparation.
- Preparation of design development plan.
- Checking of the drawings prepared by the Draughtsman along with calculation modification.
- Review & recheck the drawing for Draughtsman correction & submission to the client & to the factory for fabrication.
- Issuing B.O.M. to the Purchase Dept. for procurement.
- Follow-up if required to client for comments & approval of the drawing.
- After receiving a client comment, checking the comments & assigning it to the Draughtsman revision of drawing.
- Submission of revised drawing to client.
Job Description:
- Understand analysis requirements & boundary/force conditions from product/design engineers
- Basic Knowledge of following fundamentals which they have learned in their academics is must

3. Machine Design
they have to work: Primarily on - ANSYS Software
Secondary on - Solid works
- Perform the FE Analysis in below areas with high accuracy of analysis results
- Linear Static
- Non-linear static
- Transient
- Modal
- Linear & Non-Linear contact
- All the FEAs using ANSYS classic & workbench environment
- Should have working Experience on Hyper mesh Software
- Interpret FEA Analysis results, understand physics of structural analysis to apply boundary conditions, convergence evaluation, verification by secondary calculation, interpretation & communication of result, provide solutions / recommendations & write reports
- Apply basic & advanced mechanical sciences to perform design analysis of products & components, including static/dynamic analysis, strength of materials, material selection & design optimization.
- Produce & utilize engineering calculations & operate computer programs (E.g. Excel) to support design analysis & engineering efforts including spreadsheets & internet resources.
- Produce & maintain accurate design records in accordance with specific project requirements using accepted corporate methods & Design Standards, including engineering notices, bills of materials, specifications & related documentation.
- Generate FEA Analysis report for each of the analysis assignments in defined format & communicate with relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate the day-to-day work planning, scheduling, Monitoring of design Projects
- On time delivery & ensuring high Quality of the deliverables
- Ensure quality through defined QC processes, internal peer reviews for all the work & projects
- Identify process improvements in FEA Analysis area, to continuously improve quality, effectiveness & speed of deliverables
- Establish direction & use of available state-of-the-art analysis technologies & computational systems, & strive for continual improvement
- Leadership in learning & operation of computer program to support design analysis & engineering effort
- Leadership & management of analysis or project teams to develop & produce analyses & simulations that meet the objectives of the project & department, including schedule & recourse estimations, team organization & delegation, & management summaries & formal technical presentations.
