Capgemini - Cooling System Engineer (1-11 yrs)
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 1-11 years of experience in automotive engineering, with a focus on designing and releasing cooling system components for electrified vehicles.
- Strong understanding of cooling system components, such as radiators, condensers, fans, pumps, and associated hardware.
- Proficiency in using Unigraphics NX or Catia V5 for component design and modeling.
- Experience with Vis Mockup and TeamCenter for collaborative design and visualization.
- Familiarity with Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools and techniques.
- Sound knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes.
- Ability to create, maintain, and manage DVP&R and DFMEA documents to ensure component quality and reliability.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, ensuring adherence to program timing milestones.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong leadership skills to lead and manage relationships with suppliers.
- Knowledge of Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) principles is advantageous.
