Capgemini - Engineer - Intake System (1-11 yrs)
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 1-11 years of relevant experience with air intake systems or related engine and vehicle level testing (NVH, Rise-Over Ambient, Water-fording, etc.)
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., NX, Catia) and PLM Teamcenter for designing and managing Intake system components.
- Experience with plastics manufacturing processes and tool design - especially injection and blow-molding technologies
- Knowledge of Stellantis systems and processes
- Experience with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) principles, contributing to data-driven design enhancements.
- Ability to deal with simulation tools to analyze and optimize exhaust system component behavior.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to create and apply component and system DFMEAs and DVP&Rs
- Ability to lead and manage the engineering APQP process, ensuring project milestones are met.
