Job Description :

Key role and responsibilities:

- Domain knowledge in Manufacturing processes (Casting, forging, Machining) and machining expertise

- Supplier knowledge in the identified category and geographies is required. Ability to handle multiple (at least 20) vendors at a time.

- New Vendor development, management and relationship building.

- Strong data driven, problem-solving skills and eye for details.

- Strong understanding of procurement, Cost Validation, negotiation techniques

- Supplier Audits expertise

- Right fit for a Start-up - willingness to learn, innovate, take initiatives, think out of the box and excellent execution skills

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

- Looking at least 20 suppliers

- Good Knowledge of TQM (QC tools, PPAP) & related processes

Requirements :

- Required Experience: 3- 10 Years of Sourcing experience in industrial manufacturing Companies

- Educational Credentials: B.E./ B.Tech
