Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Administrative Support Assistant to join our Financial Services team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, resourceful, problem solver, a strong customer service orientation, and a passion for working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Responsibilities

- Providing administrative support to global clients

- Handling client inquiries and requests from diverse cultural backgrounds

- Preparing and organizing account documentation, reports, and presentations

- Resolving client issues and concerns related to transactions in a timely and professional manner

- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems

- Some limited travel maybe required

Other administrative tasks as:

- Organize and schedule appointments

- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

- Update and maintain office policies and procedures

- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

- Maintain contact lists

- Book travel arrangements

- Submit and reconcile expense reports

- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Requirements

Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Malay, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Spanish.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
