CBRE - Assistant Project Manager - MEP (4-8 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Generating Project specific quality assurance plan for MEP work, shop floor drawings, MEP coordination drawings, MEP builder works drawings, IBMS containment layouts, materials submittals and work programs.
- Performs activities such as budgeting, estimating, forecasting, accounting, work order management, in support of engineering projects.
- Liaise with the client and consultants resolving all on-site and contractual problems.
- Coordinate with multiple technical parties including application development, database, systems, network, infrastructure and security administrators
- Prepared material lists, scope of work, and cost estimates for facilities projects. Discussed plans and work schedules with professional Architects, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, as well as other professional vendors
- Fire protection, Sprinkler system, & Fire extinguisher, Smoke detector system,
- Installation & Commissioning of all Electrical Facility like Electrical Generator & Transformer, UPS System, HT switch gears, Electrical Panels, Electrical Lighting and Power Facilities, Security System, Fire Alarm System, BMS System, CCTV system, Panic Alarm System etc.
- Reviewing erection & commissioning of entire MEP Works like HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire-Fighting, Medical Gas Pipe Line system, Water Treatment System, ETP & STP, CCTV, Access Control and IBMS.
- Installation and commissioning of Firefighting System.
- Installation and commissioning of STP System.
- Planning and Monitoring the site activities as per the schedule and resolving various site related issues by coordinating between the sub-contractors and attending project and design meetings as required Generate estimates and bill of materials from electrical blueprints. Perform material take-offs and prepare BOQ.
- Ensure all MEP Work like Main MV/LV Distribution, HVAC System, Fire Fighting System, Child Water Piping, Containment, General and Emergency Lighting, Small Power, Telecoms and Data Wiring, CCTV, Access Control, Security, Public Address System, Building Management System, Assistance and Staff Panic Alarms.
- Performs activities such as budgeting, estimating, forecasting, accounting, work order management, in support of engineering projects.
- Prepare all shop-drawing based on specification requirement and design requirement.
- Preparing the submittals of electrical materials and reporting to the QC and Project Manager.
- Selection and Evaluation of Equipment, HVAC Schematics, SLD, BOQs and Technical specifications.
- Generating schedule & progress report time to time as well as remaining reports like Quality, Inspection & EHS of the projects.
- Installation, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance Fire Fighting Systems like Hydrant Pump, Sprinkler Pump, Jockey Pump and Diesel driven Pump.
- Installation, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance Domestic & Flushing Pumps
Desired Profile :
Education Qualification : BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. Any diploma or engineers from other domains are not eligible for the role.
Experience : Minimum 5 Years
Location : Delhi NCR & Jaipur
