We are looking for skilled Cellsite Scoping Engineers to create detailed Bills of Materials (BoM) for cellsite projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in cellsite design, configuration, and deployment. This is an office-based role, preferably located in Plano, TX, but remote work options are available.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create detailed Bills of Materials (BoM) for cellsite projects.

2. Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather data for BoM creation.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and operations.

4. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

5. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

2. Minimum 2+ years of experience in cellsite design, configuration, and deployment.

3. Proven experience in creating detailed BoMs for cellsite projects.

4. Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with cellsite design software.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with cell site deployment and integration.

2. Knowledge of emerging technologies, such as 5G and IoT.

3. Certification in cell site design or a related field.
