Central Fleet Manager - FMCG (5-12 yrs)
Role :
- Overall responsible for delivery function across all geographies
- Manage a remote team of City Managers across all operations geographies (City Managers will be responsible for Delivery Agents operating within a given territory)
- Leading Supply Chain Management, Strategy and Process Excellence programs
- Determine effective ways to hire, manage and track team efficiency
- Maintaining strict quality standards for overall good customer experience
- Designing and deciding the right way of carrying the product
- Finding ways to cut costs of delivery and optimise profits
Eligibility :
- 5+ years of experience in logistics roles
- 2+ years of experience in management or supervisory Role
- Must have handled a team of 15 people or more
- Outstanding organisational and communication skills
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability and attitude
