Certified Project Manager - Greenfield Project (9-15 yrs)
Project Manager (Only B.tech) - Greenfield Project (Mumbai)
Job responsibilities :
1. Managing, supervising and coordinating all Greenfield projects under execution efficiently.
2. Will be responsible for planning, interpreting & organizing the schedule from design to hand over.
3. Prepare the project specifications as per the site requirements.
4. Coordinate the design work, supervise the entire activity from design to construction.
5. Coordinate the schedule of construction with Developers, investors, etc.
6. Open to travel to any project site in India.
Job Specification :
Experience: 9 yrs + in Project Management i.e. complete Project Management from Architecture to Fully fitted handover.
Education: Engineering Graduate in civil / Architecture.
