Key Responsibilities:

- Hands-on experience with ANSA to perform high-quality CFD modeling. Proficiency in mesh generation, geometry preparation, and simulation setups is essential.

- Responsible for modeling under-hood thermal systems, focusing on heat transfer simulations for components such as radiators, hoses, and exhaust systems.

- Expertise in modeling rubber and plastic components that are thermally sensitive, ensuring they are accurately represented within the system.

- Perform CAD cleanup, stitching, and meshing of extracted surfaces (outer and inner) for simulation. This includes refining mesh, especially for thermally sensitive regions.

- Manage part structures within ANSA, ensuring proper integration into the overall model, following design specifications.

- Take accountability for delivering high-quality models within prescribed timelines. Time management, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines are essential.

- Collaborate with design, engineering, and simulation teams to track progress, resolve issues, and incorporate feedback into model development.

- Provide regular updates on model progress, identify potential issues, and offer solutions. Report to senior team members and assist in resolving modeling challenges.
