Qualification : BE/ B Tech in Electrical & Electronics
- Knowledge of SAP is required
- Good communication and presentation skill
Experience : 12 to 18 years in relevant field
Roles and responsibility :
1. Establish and implement purchase policies and procedures and best practices.
2. Manage supply chain.
3. Develop new vendors.
4. Monitor compliance with purchase policies and procedures.
5. Develop and maintain strategic relationship with the suppliers.
6. Prepare and execute supplier contractual grievance
7. Measure and manage supplier cost and delivery performance.
8. Purchase and procurement of raw material, semi finished and PCB assembly from electronics industry.
9. Prepare purchase orders compliant with organizational policies and procedures.
10. Identify and mitigate risks arising of purchase procedures.
11. Prepare MIS for purchase department.
