CG Power and Industrial Solutions - Traction Service Executive (4-6 yrs)
Role Summary :
The executive will have to take care of the activities related to design, development and implementation of control logics for locomotive/ multiple units along with providing technical guidance to technicians/ staff at the shop floor or at commissioning site for locomotive or multiple unit.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Developing logic and inter locks as per customer's requirement
- Preparation of drawings, control schematics and wiring diagrams
- BOM preparation and correction.
- Coordinationg with customer for requisite document approvals
- Timely preparation of Tender drawings and documents.
- Providing technical guidance to technicians at the shop floor or at commissioning site
- Liaise with equipment supplier to communicate the updated requirements
- Errection of control equipment within timelines, cost and quality including all appropriate documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements :
- B.E./B.tech (Mechanical)
- Willingness to work in 24x7 operations- different shifts, various days.
- Experience in Microsoft office applications.
- Ability to work in shop environment.
- Prior experience of 4-6 years.
Desired Characteristics :
- Technical experience working on rolling stock products Engines / Bogies / Brake Systems / Traction Motors / Control Systems, etc.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot faults in Locomotive running and oversee specific job works.
- Should be comfortable in learning & adopting IT systems for monitoring & maintaining Locomotives
