Chai Point - Assistant Manager - Construction Projects (4-7 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities :
1. Be the nodal point for the entire Project interfacing with Building Owners Business development, Operations Project Management Consultants, Contractors, etc.
2. Take terminal responsibility of delivering designated Project in terms of Time, Quality and Costs.
3. Overall interiors project responsibility for quality control, and financial performance
4. Create and communicate clear and attainable project objectives and project requirements
5. Manage project scheduling, budgets, and set-up with contractors / vendors and consultants
6. Lead and manage the Site and resolve all site issues.
7. Ensure that the Sites are functioning in a smooth and efficient manner and all roads and approaches are clear at all times.
8. Ensure that Contractor's Bills and Payments are sent to the Accounts in time.
9. Certify the Bills are accurate and with all necessary documentation and annexure
10. Conduct Weekly Site Meetings and ensure that Minutes of Meeting are issued within 48 hours in the standard formats.
11. Follow up on Site Meeting issues and take them closure.
12. Taking of site measurement and making drawing of the same and share with Project management team/ Architect in Cad.
