Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the operations team to ensure effective execution of daily activities.
- Take ownership of the profit centre, including financial and operational performance.
- Oversee resource allocation and ensure optimal utilization for cost-effective operations.
- Prepare, analyze, and present Management Information System (MIS) reports regularly.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across departments for seamless service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with operational policies and continuously improve processes.
- Drive performance metrics to meet business targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
