Chief Architect - Commercial /Residential Area (12-20 yrs)
We are looking for Principal/Chief Architect for one of our multi billion $ client in Pune. Below are the details :
Position : Principal/chief Architect
Location : Pune
Experience : 10+yrs
Qualification : B.Arch
Description :
1. Lead a large team of Architect/Designer/Planner
2. He/She will be interacting with their Offshore counter part in US /Europe for day to day operation
3. He/She will be a guide,Lead,and motivator to Team.
- Designs/ highly detailed drawings
- Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects, architectural technologists
Prerequisite :
1. Sound understanding/Experience in Architect Design in Commercial /Residential area.
2. Should have innovative ideas on design.
3. Should have inclination researching & Application of new Technology
- This is a very Very senior position where the person will be involved in generating new ideas and concept in construction.
