Job Description:

In order to meet these challenges, Corporate Engineering Group headed by Chief-Engineering is being set up within the Engineering & Projects Division to provide with Multi-disciplinary Engineering support as well as Knowledge Management as required for all new Greenfield as well as Brownfield projects. The entire group will report to the VP, E&P.

Under the leadership of the Chief-Engineering this group will develop engineering & Technology expertise and domain knowledge in all relevant fields.

The candidate in this position will directly report to the Chief- Engineering and shall be the overall in-charge of the entire Electrical functions of the Group.

Desired profile of the candidate:

- Over 20 years experience in engineering function in reputed engineering consultancy/EPC organization in managing Steel Plant, Minerals/Mining, Power, Oil & Gas and Other infrastructure projects. Out of this at least last 5 years should be in similar role as HOD.

- Clear understanding of Electrical engineering standards, practices, design criteria, calculations etc.

- Ability to build & lead the entire team including recruitment, training & development, co-ordination with the stakeholders and detailed engineering consultants etc.

- Knowledge of relevant engineering software

- Familiarity of any 3D plant Engineering suite and conducting/participating in 3D design reviews will be an added advantage.

- Knowledge of applicable codes and standards

- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, highly motivated, Leadership skills and technical expertise in industrial design field

Willingness to travel within & outside India will be preferred

Education : B.Tech/B.E.

Requirements : Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline from a reputed University
