Chief Executive Officer - Instrumentation Engineering Manufacturer - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (3-5 yrs)
We are looking for a CEO for one of our leading clients in Instrumentation Engineering for Heavy Industries.
Our Client is a multi-faceted test instrument manufacturer. It carries the world's widest range of tribometers. Instruments capabilities span macro, micro and nano scale characterization.
Relevant Experience: 3 Years
Job Description:
- Implement and maintain growth strategies.
- Implement operational strategies as per the company's Strategic Business Plans.
- Monitor and control company's performance and finances in accordance with the budgets approved by the Board
- Ensure that staff is effectively employed and adequately trained to perform their responsibilities and operational tasks in an ethical and responsible manner.
- Ensure that the products produced and sold and services offered by company are of high quality and are in accordance with the company's quality policies.
- Ensure that the company meets all its statutory and other legal requirements.
- Acquisition, maintenance and efficient utilization of the company's physical assets.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
