- Defining Performance Indicators for various activities.
Communication :
- Engagement with staff to identify their occupational, personal and training needs.

Management of financial, technical and other resources:
- Prepare company budgets based on economic survey using all available relevant data.

- Manage suppliers, finalise prices, negotiate terms, manage profits.
- Display care and sensitivity towards environmental requirements by introducing energy
- Efficient products with accent on quality, reliability and safety.
- Conceive and plan selling schemes and maintain the traction at planned level at all times.
- Candidate with 25+ years- experience with 10+ years- experience in a leadership position within manufacturing Industry which manufacture Water Heater (Storage Heaters / Tankless Heaters / Heat Pump (Hybrid) Water Heaters and other household appliances etc.).
- Plans and directs the sales, engineering, and manufacturing operations of the company. Duties and responsibilities include: formulating policies in cooperation with corporate staff, managing daily operations of the local facility, and planning the use of resources (people, buildings, and equipment). The CEO works to ensure performance of the organization meets or exceeds expected measures. Other duties may be required.
Responsibilities Synopsis:
- Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the sales, engineering, and manufacturing operations.
- Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
- Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services.
- Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
- Determine goods and services to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand.
- Manage the movement of goods into and out of production facilities.
- Work in cooperation with organizational leadership, including President and other corporate staff, to achieve goals.
- Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
- Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those processes.
