Reporting - VP- Construction

Location - Mumbai -HO

Min Exp- 15 Years

Qualification - B.E- Civil + Diploma in Safety

Objectives-

Responsible for Setting up the Safety Plan, Safety Objectives for the segment and getting approval from top management. Capable to lead as Management Representative Ensuring the System compliance by regularly auditing segment activities, site operations and initiating change requests with proper corrective and preventive action plans Design and lead Implementation of HSE framework, policies for Company - Civil Business and building HSE capabilities in for Safety.

Responsibility -

1. Create and lead the HSE first Culture across Company

2. Develop and lead the globally accepted HSE framework and polices for Company.

3. Building the Company HSE capability roadmap and implementation in terms of equipment and manpower

4. Sensitization of key stakeholders such as client, vendors, about company HSE culture, roadmap, deliverable and results

5. Leading Representation/participation of company across international and domestic HSE forums

6. Create and lead Center of Excellence on HSE with for getting global HSE accreditation

7. Creation and implementation of superior safety delivery model and audit across business units

8. Frequent meeting of customers/ other stake holders at Project and ensuring customer delight by continuously improving project practices
