Chief Medical Officer - Occupational Health (15-20 yrs)
- Establish and implement Occupational Health Strategies pertaining to the client.
- Execute the annual Occupational Health and Wellness Improvement Plan in support of the strategy
- Reinforce the goal of continual improvement for Occupational Health and Wellness through the established and emergent programs
- Coordinate the entire occupational health activities and facilities throughout the company.
- Ensure appropriate health management standards are established and implemented across the company.
- Review all contracts for health staffing, services, equipment and facilities to ensure that the contracts meet the reqd Standards and/or generally recognized global best practices
- Administer a periodic and spot audit program that assures adherence and other relevant health standards
- Assure food hygiene standards are developed and implemented at all sites
- Manage a broad network of contracted and subcontracted health professionals that support the company's operations
- Coordinate, participate and manage recruitment of medical staff and health professionals and monitoring their performance
- Identify the health risks at all business locations and recommend appropriate mitigating controls
- Issue company-wide health alerts and support the business wide continuity plan during threats of epidemicAchieve - Health for All- by ensuring preventive, promotive and curative health services are available
- Ensure that primary health care is available to employees and monitor its performance especially at operational sites where access to external provision is not available
- Monitor and measure the health fitness of the employees and recommend targeted wellness programs to improve their medical fitness and quality of life
- Administer, ccoordinate or support approved Company and employee led wellness programs
- Ensure seamless delivery of emergency services at each location and work closely with external service providers like I-SOS.
- Identify and put in to practice health trainings at all local sites
- Maintain effective networks with the Indian medical community, local government and NGOs.
