Chief Operating Officer - Fire Industry (18-30 yrs)
Identify, Develop and implement long and short term strategic direction and plans.
Measure effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and find ways to improve processes.
Ensure client satisfaction and engagement by conducting client satisfaction surveys at the end of each project and achieve at least a 70% satisfaction score in each project surveys
Ensure business secures at least 40% repeat business by delivering our operational commitments and building strategic partnering relationships with key clients
Key requirements:
Minimum 20 years relevant experience of which at least 10 years must be in a senior management role in the fire industry
Degree in Engineering (preferably mechanical) preferably with a MBA from a reputed institute.
Age should be around 45 years
Salary min- 24 lacs per annum plus performance based annual incentives linked to financial and other business targets
