Chief Operating Officer - Manufacturing (10-25 yrs)
Job Description:-
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
- Measures effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and finds ways to improve processes.
- Acts as a liaison between company and client for quality assurance.
- Raises capital through banks or outside investors to help foster growth or obtain sales goals.
- Directs acquisitions and sales of assets to meet organisation goals.
- Evaluates newly implemented sales plans.
Candidate Profile:-
Candidate must have worked at top management position COO, CEO, GM with a manufacturing company in Africa for at least 3-5 years.
Must have experience of more than 15 years to handle business operations, sales, supply chain, HR, licensing, liasioning, production and control.
Candidate's having spoken ability of PORTUGUESE language will be given preference.
