- Item code setup / master data management
- Order entry and maintenance
- Follow up of all elements required to deliver product to the customer
- Regular customer communication
- Be the first point of call for all elements related to ongoing business
Candidate Profile :
- 5-7 years experience in Supply Chain
- Supply chain planning experience or customer service / customer contacts experience
- Understanding of pharma manufacturing processes
- Experience working with SAP
- Understanding of manufacturing planning processes
- Strong communication skills
