Circle Project Head - Maintenance Services (10-13 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible for governance of operation & maintenance delivery at Circle
- Ensure Customer satisfaction by meeting KPIs and SLAs as defined and agreed upon
- Must be able to take an entrepreneurial approach for Project at circle level for spearheading and developing the business.
- Responsible for KPI signoff, Billing and collection at the circle business
- Compliance to Safety parameters/safety training & NIL accident at circle
- Organising Monthly internal review meeting with team and meeting at CMPs once every week with defined monthly site visit of 20.
- Vendor Evaluations, Negotiations & techno-commercial analysis.
- Responsible for the cost and Net Value Margin (NVM) of the circle, maximising the business volume & NVM
- Responsible for statutory compliance of HR, and business operations as required.
- Develop systems for report generation on internal and external requirements
- Able to visualise upcoming market opportunities.
- No Non-compliance in any audit done by client - external or internal
- Regular interaction with customer team and maintain most preferred vendor status with all customers
