Job Description :
- To ensure that sites are built as per the defined quality norms;
- To ensure sites are built as per defined quality standards
- To arrange and collate Site Type, Tower Type, Land Size, BTS type, Standard Designs & BOQ's in advance from CQH; Conduct Civil and Tower AT inspection of sites with reference to documents (BOQ, Drawing, Check list, Specification)
- Identify Punch Points (if any) and share it with respective site vendors and PMC/TSP for rectification as per SLA; Provide FAT certifications;
- Train vendors to avoid critical punch points in order to increase FTR ratio; Daily planning and reporting of visits and inspections;
- Periodically review work in progress status with CQH; Submit monthly activity summary for respective Clusters.
- Prepare as built layout drawing and submit along with final Site AT reports summary; Verify BOQ Compliance- inform deviations, if any to CQH
