Job Description :

Position Summary: Responsible for the day to day Production, Maintenance & Quality of Metalizing section. Rack maintenance rack Designing, new product trial & process Optimization.

Specific Responsibilities :

- Should have hands on operation & trouble shooting of Metalizing process aided with PECVD base & Top Coat.

- Preferable Machine hands on make vis. Arzuffi, Galilio upto (1800 X 1800).

- Responsible for Plan vs production of the Metalizing section.

- Review production of the day/shift to identity the shortfall reasons and plan correct and preventive action taken.

- Should have hands on rack maintenance & designing . Should ensure optimum utilization of resources - 4M

- Root Cause analysis for Trouble Shooting in Operation and Process with our team

- Responsible for maintaining quality during manufacturing by ensuring all work is carried out on the shop floor according to standard procedure.

- Responsible for New Process setup & Trial of New Models. Process modification

- Interaction & co-ordination with Moulding,Quality Control Department, Maint.Deppt and Internal Customers on matters related to quality problems.

- Should be able to understand the product qualily based on austhetic & dimensional requirement.

- Responsible for implementing the production system as per lean manufactring process flow.

- Continuous quality improvement, Reduction in Cycle time, Process Mapping,Quality Circle, process optimization, Productivity improvement.

Qualifications :

- Degree / Diploma in Engineering with 10+ yrs of experience in surface treatment PVD/ PECVD metalizing process.

- Excellent online trouble shooting skill. Should able to quickly ascertain the situation online.

- Must have exposure with the plastics adjoing technique & SPM development.

- Must have knowledge of IATF 16949 and lean manufacturing processes.

- Must have exposure to MIS, 8D, departmental KPI & presentation.

- Must be able to read, write, and understand English.Understanding & speaking spanish will be preferred.

- Must have exposure to the problem solving tools & technique as 7QC Tools.

- Must be able to lead & give training to the shop floor team.

Leadership Skills: Must be able to motivate employees to keep operations running smoothly.
