Preferred Candidate Profile and responsibilities :
1. Experience of 7 to 10 years of sterile formulations development for regulated markets.
2. Good communication skills
3. Technical knowledge about formulation development
4. To look into various formulation development activities and track the projects
5. Guide to juniors to get work done as per target date
6. Design of experiments
7. Prepare PDR reports and other documents
8. Cost optimisation
