- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the MDQMS, ensuring it aligns with relevant standards (ISO 13485).

- Monitor the effectiveness of the MDQMS in achieving quality objectives.

- Draft letters and formats as per ISO and other statutory audits and experience as management representative supporting accreditation body audits.

- Identify areas for improvement and initiate corrective actions for any quality issues.

- Promote awareness and understanding of the MDQMS among employees across all levels.

- Participate in or oversee internal audits as per ISO 13485 to assess the effectiveness of the MDQMS.

- Compile and analyze audit results, identifying non-conformances and recommending corrective actions.

- Prepare reports on the MDQMS performance for upper management, highlighting any trends or areas needing attention.

- Act as a liaison between management and employees on matters related to quality.

- Communicate quality policies, procedures, and expectations to all departments.

- Facilitate communication with external auditors during certification audits.

- Prepare for and participate in management review meetings, presenting MDQMS performance data and recommendations.

- Support management in setting quality objectives and ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, encouraging employee participation in quality initiatives.

- Stay up to date on relevant quality standards and regulations.

- Recommend and manage training programs to enhance employee skills in quality principles.
