Civil Design Engineer (0-1 yrs)
Job Summary : Architectural and structural features of buildings for construction projects. These workers may specialize in a type of building, such as residential or commercial. They may also specialize by the materials used, such as steel, wood, or reinforced concrete.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Design plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) software
- Work from rough sketches and specifications created by engineers and architects
- Help design products with engineering and manufacturing techniques
- Add details to architectural plans from their knowledge of building techniques
- Prepare multiple versions of designs for review by engineers and architects
- Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures for new products
- Work under the supervision of engineers or architects
- Design/review of detailed civil /structural engineering drawings for solar PV power plants
- Design/review of detailed Bill of Materials
- Preparation and review of Design Basis Reports
- Utilise software applications like AutoCad
