Civil Engineer (10-15 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Should have 10+ years of relevant experience with reputed builders in Mumbai.
- Should be able to independently handle commercial projects.
- Should have in depth knowledge of Piling work, RCC, finishing work, Services etc.
- Should be well versed with Mivan formwork.
- Should be able to prepare and implement a project schedule towards timely completion.
- Should maintain communication and coordination with architects & consultants.
- Should coordinate with all contractors, subcontractors, vendors involved.
- Preparing and submitting reports, data etc to HO as per requirement.
- Handling team of junior engineers/ supervisors / store keepers for smooth and speedy progress.
- Checking bills of contractors as per contract.
- Insuring proper safety and cleanliness at site.
- All planning, execution & management to complete the Project successfully.
- Should have completed at least one project from start to finish.
- Candidate must reside and have experience of work in Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai.
