Responsibilities :
- Requirement gathering, Co-ordinating activities and bridging the gap between client and software development team.
- Understanding business processes and challenges and effectively suggesting software development.
- Handle, coordinate and resolve any escalations from the customer
- Developing USer manuals and videos for end users of the software Training to all end users of the project.
- IDea for the development of the software for the civil Module.
Skills Requirement :
- Engineering knowledge.
- Good Communication.
- Working in the IT sector will be an added advantage.
- Must have worked at least 2 years in Civil Engineering.
