We are looking for a resourceful civil engineer who is vastly experienced in engineering design from the initial conceptual stage, through feasibility study and to detailed design. Physically fit and able to work on- site and at remote locations, and is committed to his personal and professional development.

Job description:

1. Preparing CAD drawings, plan, design and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities.

2. Resolving design and development problems.Identify options and recommend solutions to resolve technical issues.

3. Managing budgets and project resources.

4. Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries.

5. Making sure the project complies with legal requirements.

6. Assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of projects.

7. Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.

8. Attending project site selection studies.

Key skills:

- Fully conversant with AUTOCAD CIVIL 3D.

- Creative and innovative, with good design skills.

- Ability to understand and present others' points of view.

- Ability to think methodically, to design, plan and manage projects.

- Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities

- Negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills combined with the ability to delegate.

- Good Administrative abilities.

- Good communication skills when dealing with clients, developers, consultants, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Having clarity and sound judgment.

- Proven motivational and leadership skills.

- A team player with an enthusiastic attitude.
