- Understand the project scope and preparation of time and cost effective construction methodologies.
- Monitor the coordination of site activities by the Site Supervisor. Liaise with the clients representative to resolve technical, commercial and scheduling issues.
- Monitor field productivity against program and budget Monitor the Project Engineer to ensure that inspections and tests are carried out for every stage of the project as per approved.
