Experience : 5-24 years
Location - Mumbai (Airoli)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor junior engineers and designers, taking independent decisions.
- Deliver engineering across Concept, Basic, and Detailed phases.
- Provide leadership and governance in project execution and performance evaluation.
Design expertise in:
- Pipe racks and technological structures.
- Static and vibrating equipment foundations.
- RCC and blast-resistant structures.
- Steel connections.
- Drainage and pavement (preferred).
- Proficient in design codes (American/Euro) and tools like STAAD Pro, MAT3D, and Foundation 3D.
- Ensure cross-disciplinary coordination with piping, electrical, and mechanical teams.
- Manage productivity, schedule, and stakeholder communication, including clients and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in structural design for oil, gas, and chemical projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Chemical Plants
