Civil Engineer - Hotels Project (8-10 yrs)
Our client is leading Construction company in Senegal. They are specialized in constructing multi-storey apartments, villas, commercial complexes, residential complex, Hotel Projects, Industrial Projects in Dakar (Senegal)
Candidate Profile :
- BE-Civil Engineer
- 8-10 years of experience in Hotel Projects
- African Experience a must
Job Description :
- Overall Project management and administration of the construction sites
- Overseeing progress of work at all the sites and giving relevant updates to the Senior management team
- Mobilizing site resources in the line with the program of works provided by the Senior management team
- Establishing proper internal monitoring, control systems and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- To ensure company policies, procedures and systems are followed to uniformity throughout the organization
- Ensuring that operations comply with health and safety requirements
- Co-ordination with Architects and Engineers, related progress and target of remaining schedule etc.
- Modify the design as per requirement
- Coordination, implementation, execution, monitoring, control and completion of projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
- Define the scope of work along with technical specifications, tender documents, invited/evaluated offers from qualified contractors negotiated and awarded work contracts to qualified contractors/subcontractors.
- Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy.
- Conduct quantity surveys/material reconciliation, Carry out work measurements and verify contractors bills for remittances.
- Ensured timely preparation/submission of client bills to realize payments as per agreed terms.
- Ensure smooth Project closure activities
- Manage site activities and regularly interface with the subcontractors to ensure work execution in accordance with terms of the contract.
- To prepare MIS reports on project progress and Team Management
